Ideal for front of house use, the Turbochef Fire Pizza Oven is a highly innovative ventless solution for high speed artisan pizza cooking. Simple to use and install, the oven can cook a full 14″ pizza in 90 seconds – perfect for fast paced restaurants or takeaways. The innovative design and cooking process removes the need for turning or moving the pizza, leaving pizzas uniformly cooked throughout and with a deliciously crispy base.
